He has assisted national and international companies in legal due diligence, acquisitions, share transfers, technology transfers, and cross-border lending. He has extensive regulatory knowledge of energy, e-commerce and infrastructure sectors.

Anushka is an experienced legal professional specializing in corporate law, arbitration, and investment advisory. Her expertise spans private equity and venture capital, SEBON’s Special Investment Fund (SIF), foreign direct investment (FDI), foreign loans, corporate legal structuring, and legal matters concerning NGOs and INGOs.
She has extensive experience advising businesses on project development, banking, lending, negotiation, and corporate restructuring. As the Company Secretary and General Legal Counsel for Worldlink Communications Limited, she plays a key role in corporate governance and regulatory compliance. Additionally, she assists private equity firms in structuring investments and obtaining regulatory approvals, and she advises companies on mergers, acquisitions, and cross-border transactions.

Pratistha specializes in labour and tax law. She has been advising numerous NGOs and INGOs on various labor law matters in a routine basis. She drafted the human resource policy for numerous clients including prominent beverage manufacturing company, diplomatic agency as well as INGOs. She has also been assisting clients with regard to tax issues. She has been regularly advising domestic and international clients in the stated areas of expertise. She has also advised on the legal and regulatory reform projects.
